beautiful masterpiece perfect detail small bed slow service
the rooms are beautiful masterpieces. each room was uniquely designed. every detail is perfect from the walls to the floors to the furnishings. the tvs have all your streaming services.
the bed was very small for a couple staying. room service is very slow. i had to wait almost an hour for a simple order. the rooftop was closed even though the weather was warm.

i found the rooms comfortable and large. the staff were very helpful with all my requests. the location provided convenient access to the capitoline museums. the forum was also a short walk away which i appreciated.
the room service i experienced was noticeably slow which was slightly inconvenient

I appreciated the attentive staff who greeted me with smiles each day! they provided helpful recommendations. the room was a beautiful masterpiece, uniquely designed. I liked the well-kitted kitchen. the hotel location was great and close to many famous landmarks!
The tv required a personal subscription. I wanted to watch movies!
